It includes industry-specific applications, analytical concepts that help better understand customers and business clients, retention strategies, and legal frameworks impacting AI use. It teaches the learner to use SQL, BI Tools, and Python with AI tools.

Critical Insights into AI: Examine the core dangers and downsides of AI, such as hallucinations, and its ethical implications. Learn about the risks of giving AI too much access to your system and understand the vulnerabilities of AI models, including prompt injections. What are guardrails?
Prompt Engineering Strategies: Understand the importance of prompt structure in AI interactions and create a framework for evaluating prompts.
AI Tools for Advanced Spreadsheets and Visualizations: Explore how to unlock and utilize all features of Google Sheets with the help of AI.
Project: Exploring, cleaning up and working on a spreadsheet using AI.
