Program Outline
Module 1: AI Literacy
Sprint 1: Introduction to AI
Understand what AI really is (and isn’t) so you can use it confidently in your job:
- Distinguish between different types of AI and common business use cases
- Understand how large language models (LLMs) are trained and where their limitations come from
- Spot the differences between AI-generated and human-created content
- Apply basic security, privacy, and compliance rules when using AI at work
- Build healthy habits for using AI sustainably (avoiding over-reliance and burnout)
Sprint 3: AI for Media & Content Creation
Explore how AI can help you create visuals, presentations, and multimedia content for business:
- Generate and refine images with AI tools and describe visual styles clearly
- Use AI to brainstorm, outline, and build presentations that are clear and persuasive
- Work with AI for voice, audio, and basic video content
- Understand limitations such as poor text rendering, inconsistent branding, and style drift
- Evaluate risks around deepfakes, impersonation, and copyright
Sprint 2: Prompting for Best Outcomes
Learn how to “talk” to AI tools so they deliver useful, reliable outputs:
- Compare different AI tools and models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and choose the right one for a task
- Use prompt and context engineering to give AI clear goals, constraints, and examples
- Spot and handle hallucinations with verification techniques
- Understand advanced concepts like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), instruction dilution, and model context
- Build reusable prompt templates for repeated business tasks
Module 2: AI Applications in Business
Sprint 1: AI for Productivity & Spreadsheets
Turn AI into a practical assistant for your everyday tasks, especially data and reporting:
- Map AI use cases across industries (commerce, operations, customer support, finance, etc.)
- Use AI meeting assistants (Fireflies.ai, Notta.ai) to capture, summarize, and action meeting notes
- Clean and transform data tables with AI support for clearer insights
- Combine AI with tools like Grammarly to write and proofread faster and more clearly
- Use AI search and verification techniques to avoid misinformation
Sprint 3: Python Programming with AI
Get a gentle, hands-on introduction to Python with the support of AI coding assistants so you can understand and participate in more technical workflows:
- Work comfortably in notebook environments (e.g. Jupyter) for data and automation tasks
- Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot or Claude Code) to generate, debug, and explain code
- Understand the idea and limits of “vibecoding” — relying heavily on generative AI
- Write and run simple Python scripts for tasks like data cleaning, file processing, or basic analysis
- Read and adapt existing code snippets you may receive from AI tools or colleagues
Sprint 2: Automations with No-Code Tools
Learn how to connect tools together so work moves automatically:
- Understand the basics of automation and when it creates value in a business
- Use tools like n8n or Zapier to connect apps (email, CRM, spreadsheets, forms, etc.)
- Design AI-enhanced flows that can summarize, tag, or route information automatically
- Work with advanced nodes for branching logic, delays, and error handling
- Build simple websites or web apps using no-code builders (Hostinger Horizon, Firebase, Lovable.ai)
- Prototype, test, and iterate on automated workflows
Sprint 4: Automations with No-Code Tools
Learn how to connect tools together so work moves automatically:
- Understand the basics of automation and when it creates value in a business
- Use tools like n8n or Zapier to connect apps (email, CRM, spreadsheets, forms, etc.)
- Design AI-enhanced flows that can summarize, tag, or route information automatically
