Overview
In this role, you'll be integral to building and maintaining relationships with business partners who invest in strategic upskilling their employees. You will focus on understanding their needs and gathering essential information to expand and enhance our program portfolio, ensuring Turing College remains at the forefront of corporate learning and development.
Responsibilities🐝
- Business Partner Engagement: Regularly interact with potential and existing clients and government partners (GovLT) and present our programs and latest updates.
- Key Account Management: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
- Customized Presentations: Tailor and provide presentations to new clients and their employees, showcasing the value and relevance of our upskilling programs.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals with clients to attract applicants for our programs, contributing to the growth of Turing College.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the admissions and education team by providing recommendations meant to equip you with ever-improving upskilling programs
- Performance Reporting: Report on sales performance data on a weekly and monthly basis, utilizing this information to drive continuous improvement in our sales strategies.
Qualifications💼
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the EdTech or corporate training sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English (C2 level).
- Ambitious and proactive, comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
- Skilled in analyzing data to inform and drive business strategies.
- Passion for education with a commitment to developing effective upskilling solutions.
