We seek an energetic Sales Development Representative to enhance our Business Training Team. This role is central to our company's growth and focuses on generating and nurturing leads for business training programs and services.

As a Sales Development Representative on our Business Training Team, your success will depend on two vital metrics:
- Number of qualified leads
- Success rate that is based on converting these leads into sales opportunities
Key Responsibilities🐝
- Outbound - Proactively engage in outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn campaigns to connect with potential clients, conveying the value and impact of our business training programs
- Inbound - Work diligently from first contact to qualification, ensuring each prospect is well-informed and prepared for a meeting with our Account Executive
- Customer Relationship Building - Focus on setting appointments, diligently following up on leads, and maintaining solid and empathetic relationships with potential clients. Understand their unique needs and how our services can aid their growth
- Tracking performance through CRM - Efficiently manage leads and track sales activities within the Business Training sector using Salesforce, emphasising maintaining accurate and up-to-date Account and Opportunity records
Qualifications💼
- Demonstrated experience or a strong willingness to develop skills in creating sales opportunities and educating prospects on the value of Turing College's offerings
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software, emphasising leveraging these tools for effective lead management
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English is a must. Additional language proficiency in Polish and German is highly advantageous
